PlannerNest is a free printable library. We try to collect as little information as possible while still being able to keep the lights on. This page explains what we collect, what we don't, and how to ask us to delete anything we have.
What we collect
When you visit a page on PlannerNest, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and are used to detect abuse and to understand which printables are popular. We do not link these logs to any personal identity.
Cookies and analytics
PlannerNest does not set any first-party tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that aggregates page-view counts without setting cookies or collecting personal data. If we ever change this — for example, to add a more detailed analytics product — we'll update this page first.
Advertising
The placeholder slots you see on the site (header, in-content, sidebar, footer) are reserved for a third-party ad network. When ads are live, that network may set its own cookies and use information about your browsing to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser's settings or through the ad network's preference center.
If you write to us at any of the email addresses listed on the contact page, we keep your message until the conversation is resolved, plus up to one year for reference. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't share your email with anyone.
Children's privacy
Many of our printables are designed for students, but the site is intended for adults to download and print. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask a question about this policy by emailing privacy@plannerbarn.com. We respond within 30 days.
